What yard & debris removal includes
Branches, sheds, fencing, reno leftovers.
Yard and renovation debris is where curbside pickup stops. Most Westchester towns won’t collect construction debris at all. Tuckahoe lists lumber, sheetrock, tiles, cabinets and countertops among excluded items, Yonkers won’t take construction material curbside, and Scarsdale keeps construction and demolition debris out of bulky trash.
We load it from the yard, driveway or basement, haul it away and clean up the area when we’re done. Branches after a storm, the fence you finally replaced, the leftovers from a kitchen remodel: if you can point at it, we can usually haul it.

| Scarsdale | Construction and demolition debris isn't bulky waste and won't be removed by village crews; wood is accepted only if it isn't C&D debris. | Official page |

Yard waste & debris removal FAQs
Debris removal, answered.
Will my town pick up renovation debris?
Usually not. Tuckahoe, Yonkers, Scarsdale, Mount Vernon and New Rochelle all exclude construction debris or building materials from curbside pickup, according to their sanitation rules. A junk removal crew or a dumpster are the usual options, and for smaller jobs a crew is often simpler.
Can you remove an old shed?
We haul away the remains of sheds, playsets and fences. If the structure is still standing, tell us its size and what it's made of when you call, and we'll tell you whether we can take it down and haul it in the same visit.
Is it cheaper to rent a dumpster?
It depends on the job. A dumpster makes sense when debris piles up over weeks of work. For a one-time cleanup, a crew is often simpler: nothing parked in your driveway for days and no loading it yourself. Tell us what you have and compare.
Do you take branches and brush?
Yes. We take fallen limbs, brush piles and bundled branches, along with other yard junk like old fencing and patio furniture. Let us know roughly how much there is so we can quote it.
How do you price heavy debris?
By how much of the truck it fills, with weight in mind. Dense materials like tile, concrete, stone or wet wood are heavier than they look, so a photo helps us give you an accurate quote before any work starts.
